It's sent by Orange Connex. According to the tracking information, the seller just created the order but hasn't shipped it. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

This item was cancelled due to seller telling me that the item got lost at the post (which I don’t believe) as it was a day or two after I ordered it.

After a week or something the listing has updated again “received data” which gave me a hope but I guess it’s not coming then.

I got a refund so yeah
