Is it normal to leave the package twice from the airline because I did not understand the intended tracking?

Hi yazeed,

It didn't catch the flight on Feb. 21 successfully and be on the flight on Feb. 23. It usually takes about 3-7 days to arrive and there will be further update showing it's in Saudi Arabia.

I had a package sent to me on April 14th, through China EMS. It was collected on the 15th and despatched to the UK on the 17th, however the tracking site I was provided with and my local couriers tracking both have no updated since. I thought EMS was usually quicker than this and I looked it up to read that EMS from China to the UK usually takes 7-20 days, but my tracking has not updated in a month.
I found tracking websites that share more detailed information however this is what I get:
May 8, 2021 22:14 -Flight Departure
May 8, 2021 22:14 - Transiting via the transit Airport
May 9, 2021 21:10 - Flight Departure
May 10, 2021 12:02 - Flight Departure
May 12, 2021 15:16 - Flight Departure
May 13, 2021 00:07 - Flight Departure
May 14, 2021 09:00 - Flight Departure
May 15, 2021 09:44 - Flight Departure

Why has its flight departed so many times? What does this mean. Should I be concerned about my parcel yet?? Or is taking this long normal for EMS
