is Epacket (EMS) running at the moment

Hi..Can you advise if a seller is able to send via EMS (EPacket) at the moment. My seller advised that E packet is not available during COVID-19 but i have received some EMS orders so not sure what is correct information...thanks Chrissie

Hi Chrissie,

EMS is available now. e-packet is still not available to most of the countries.
