My package has been in my city for a week. I called to ask when they will deliver it, and their response is that they're not responsible for international mail. I can only use the tracking number online.

package says delivered but its not here. AM693066224CN who is the American carrier who is responsible for delivering my package? Is it FEDEX or Postal Service , I never received an American tracking number. I WANT to know which carrier is responsible to deliver !!
