Is China post part of scamming

My package was expedited and EMS starting to wonder I if China post isn’t part of these scammers set up a lot of packages have been lost or turned around and no one gets there packages or there money back

I am an online seller. I source goods from China and ship direct to UK buyers. After goods arrive in the UK, which company do you pass the packages on to in order to complete the UK domestic part of the delivery please?
Also do they use your tracking number? ie Would my customers be able to track their orders using your tracking number for the UK part of the delivery?
