Hello, could you help me know where exactly my package is? I know they are in customs, but I have not received any information updates and the receiver in China said that they cannot help me with anything. These are the tracking codes, RX110103118JP and RX110610914JP. Thank you in advance.

I have a $300 dress return that is being held in customs and it's been well over a month and the package hasn't moved in weeks. I tried to call cusoms in Bejing, but nothing in English and I can't find a way to resolve. Can you please help me on what I should do? I don't think the receive will help me out with any favors.

It's waiting for the receiver in China to pay the tax to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check and pay.
