Hi there, my parcel with the tracking code of EV990119249CN has been labelled as 'handed over to carrier' since 10/8/21 but as of today, 25/8/21, there has no been any progress for the parcel. May I know if a flight is being arranged for it to fly to Singapore Can you answer me on why it is taking so long for it to be shipped out to Singapore as this is an urgent parcel as I need it immediately

Hi there, all of these parcels are labelled as handed over to carrier for so long now, and it has not been moving since, can you help me check it out why is it taking so long for it to fly to Singapore? I had a package sent to me on April 14th, through China EMS. It was collected on the 15th and despatched to the UK on the 17th, however the tracking site I was provided with and my local couriers tracking both have no updated since. I thought EMS was usually quicker than this and I looked it up to read that EMS from China to the UK usually takes 7-20 days, but my tracking has not updated in a month.
I found tracking websites that share more detailed information however this is what I get:

Why has its flight departed so many times? What does this mean. Should I be concerned about my parcel yet?? Or is taking this long normal for EMS
