According to tracking delivery was attempted on 22/07/2018. I was at home all day that day and no one came to my apartment. I need to know which delivery office has the package so I can go and get it.

I wonder if you can give me some advice. I am from the UK. I ordered a poster from eBay from a seller in China.

The Item tracking number is - LX082000194CN.

If you look at the tracking information below, the poster was delivered to the air transport on Wednesday 1st April 2020, and has not arrived to the UK since then. It's been three weeks. I know there have been delays due to the coronavirus situation, and lots of flights have been cancelled.

Do you have any idea, of when my item will arrive at the UK? And when I will receive it? Will I receive it at all?
