Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to get a laptop that I bought in TMall delivered to India, the seller said that I need to request a Pick-up from his address. Could you please explain the procedure and guide me the process.

You'd better contact the seller to ask how to do that. The seller should tell you about it.

item has reached DUBAI already unfortunately, the post code that i have written is the old one i have according to local post office here, i need to send email to the international courier to update the post code in their system in order to collect the item.

P.O. Box 7220 - the correct post code number to be updated in the international courier service.
