Please kindly help me to know the status of my package with tracking number: RS191778342CN. The package arrived delivery office in Nigeria since 14th this month, but I have not gotten my package. Please help. I look forward to hearing from you.

This is the message I received from Nigerian post office customer care:
''Dear richard pius , the item with tracking number rs191778342cn has been
forwarded to our local delivery office in lekki lagos on 14/9/2016 , you
can send us certificate of posting from sender to confirm the item is yours
, because we believed the number was duplicated'' .

Hi Richy,
I'm not sure how to let the sender send you the certificate of posting. Maybe, scan the certificate of posting is ok to you? You'd better make sure if they need the original certificate or not. Also, I think they need your certificate to show you are the correct receiver.

Thanks. Yes, I will like the sender to scan and send the certificate of posting to my email: [email protected] . I will forward it to the post office electronically, because I have been in touch with them. It is also OK If the duplicate copy of the certificate of posting that is with China post can be scanned and forwarded to my email. Please I need it ASAP to claim my package. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks.

Yes, the package has been in the delivery office in Nigeria since Sep. 14th. I think they will not deliver it to you as the status shows it waits you to pick it up.
You'd better contact Nigerian Post soon to ask them where it is now and require them to deliver or go there to pick it up. If you are too late, it may be returned back to China.
