Hi Cassandra,

There is no tracking information for it because the seller just created the order but hasn't shipped it. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately if you are urgent.

Just recieved the bear and I am soooooo disappointed with it not at all what they advertised it to be. If I see it advertised again I will worn others not to buy not even worth the money

My tracking number is EV015213585CN. I never received the package within the expected timeframe. I had forgotten about it after awhile. I also never received any notices from customs. USPS can't do an inquiry. I fear I waited too long. Is there a way to do an inquiry or trace where the package is? Last posting was that the plane had landed.
