Hope you are fine. A shipment with tracking # CP421496878CN was scheduled to be shipped on January 6th 2021. Now, its about 4 months paased but the luggage has not been delivered yet. I need to know about its processing details. When will it be delivered?

Hi Muhammad Waqas,

It's sent by a cheap way of China Post and takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. It may couldn't be tracked after it leaves China. As you still don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

I have been waiting for my shipment since April 24th and it hasn't been arrived for almost 1 month.
The tracking website shows that it already arrived to Poland on 29th of April. I don't know where my shipment stays
