Hi! I would like to inquire as to the status of the parcel listed under the reference 3A5V612239765 . Tracking says that "the plane has landed" but it doesn't specify in what country. Is the parcel in the destination country (UK) currently? Which airport did it land at? Thanks in advance for any assistance!

It's still in China waiting for the flight now. You need to wait for more days to see it arrives in UK.

Hi - it's been another 5 days and there still hasn't been any movement. Do you know when I can expect to see the parcel start moving again? Is there an issue of some kind?
