My order ( China Post #LY188104323CN ) has been on “Origin Post is Preparing Shipment” for 16 days and no one has responded to my inquiries. I was told 7-12 business days for delivery from the store. It shows that prior to this that Export customs was cleared fine.
What is going on with my package.

I need your support in this matter, as I've never had problems with shipments from China Post before, as they always arrived via DHL. However, the tracking information doesn't indicate a delivery service, and the package hasn't been delivered to me. I therefore need the name of the delivery service so I can make further inquiries.
