Hi there

I returned a package of clothing to China (from Australia) tracking number CF139226161AU.

I sent it on the 09/03/2021 and I have just seen that is it saying 'Import stopped by Customs (Inbound)' What does this mean?? Can this parcel please be taken to the address on the item, It was clothing purchased from China online, that were completely not as pictured hence posting it back from a refund. The company is aware of this and it has now been 3 months and it is still not at its destination.

Appreciate your quick response and resolving the issue.

It didn't pass the customs check and is on the way back to Australia now.
