You could go the a nearest post office in Xi'an to send it.

but i don't understand,
i have ask the price, not if i must go or not go in the postal office,

i have ask only the price for the shipment of one parcel from China to Italy,
i have write the weight and the measurement,
nothing else, please if ou can answer for it,
