I'd like to know what is the local courier in Mexico to contact them and ask them for the proof of delivery. Tracking number of package missing LV777241965CN

Your website shows tracking information for the above number, which I purchased on 10/25. It shows all tracking information, customs clearance, etc, up to November 6th, where it shows delivered. However I received no package. The USPS needs to know their tracking number that was transferred from you so as to see where it might be. Do you have that information, please? Otherwise I will assume it was never actually shipped or something like that. A quick response would be much appreciated.
