Dear China Post, I have an order with the tracking number AM212911424CN and another with the number AM212917740CN, both appear as delivered but neither was delivered to me. The store from which I made the purchase does not respond to me but since the order says it was delivered I would like to know where and to whom. I would also like to know who makes your deliveries in Portugal, which distributor.
