Hello there!
Could you be kind enough and assist me?.
It is about tracking: EB715523833CN
On march 23, it says: "CNHGHD,China, International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada" . Then, on march 24th it says: " Shanghai, arriving at Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station (via transfer)" and it as been stuck there ever since. I'd like to understand why one day it as left China, then the next day it is in Shanghai. I do understand the worldwide situation but could you please tell me what is going on with my parcel?

"CNHGHD,China, International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada" is the tracking information from Canada Post and " Shanghai, arriving at Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station (via transfer)" is the tracking information shown from China Post. China Post shows the exact lovation for it when it's still in China. Once it arrives in Canada, you should check the information from Canada Post.
