You should contact China Post or let the recipient in China contact China Post by calling 11185 (then 8 for English service) to let China Post know your correct address. Then they will arrange to deliver it to the new address. BTW, the recipient should be available as well through a phone. You should tell them his phone number.

I will let the recipient know the phone number to call China Post. I just wondered if there was a specific phone number for the delivery office that has the parcel?

Also, is there an email address for China Post that I can contact them on?

The delivery office is Suzhou Changmen Sub-branch of China Post (阊门支局 in Chinese). It's located at No. 456 West Road of Ganjiang, Gusu District, Suzhou City (江苏省苏州市姑苏区干将西路456号 in Chinese). Telephone number is 0512-68635476. But I'm afraid they couldn't speak English.

China Post is not available through email address.

I passed on the details of the delivery office to the recipient. The delivery office have tried twice again to deliver the parcel but with no luck. I don't know if they gave the new address details.

Is there any way someone could call the delivery office to check they have the parcel and give them the correct address details please as I really do not want this parcel returned to the UK.

Hi Danielle,

Couldn't you contact the recipient successfully? China Post would not accept other people to change the address except the sender or recipient themselves. You or the recipient should make the call to tell China Post your new address and require them to deliver again.

I don't speak Chinese so I'm unable to contact them myself. I have asked the recipient (they are an ebay seller) to contact them but they haven't replied to tell me if they have called or not.
