Inbound package in Customs

Hello! I have a package coming from the United States, USPS tracking number CH117422703US that has been in Customs in Beijing since December 18. Is there a contact for Customs I can follow up with to help get it released, or should I continue to wait to be contacted by their office?

Hi Ben,

It should be waiting the receiver to declare to the customs now. You'd better let the receiver in China to check his phone message or contact the customs (12360) to check how to get it.
