Hello my package head been stuck in ‘ Inbound Flight Arrived’ for a whole month. There have been no updates since then. LY729428421CN

Hi LilacRose,

e-packet is slow at present. It's stuck in the middle location now. You need to wait for more days to get update. It should be delivered in 60 days in normal.

On April 9th an inbound flight arrived for my package, #LY716225972CN , and it took till April 12th for it to say outbound flight departed at 11:31 only for another inbound flight to arrive at 11:32. I am wondering when my package will be on the plane?
