Inaccurate Tracking Info?

Hello, my tracking number is CX201976027US. It was shipped through USPS but handled by China Post. The recipient has paid the customs fee and now has the package but the system still shows it is in Customs Clearance. USPS told me to contact China because a scan was missed and only China can update the system. Can you please help or tell me how to get this tracking information updated to show that it was actually delivered? Need my money back.

Hi, it is no longer there. The seller has confirmed that she received the package but the tracking information hasn't updated. I need a proof of delivery or the system to update so that I can get a refund from the third party.

You can capture a screenshot of your dialogue with the seller as a proof I think. China Post will not update it if the seller has got it.

Thanks for the tip. I tried this but won't work. Only proof of delivery from China Post or USPS will work and USPS said they need to get it from China Post but China Post has not responded to their emails. Is there anyway China Post can send me a document as proof of delivery or proof that the customer has it? What are my options? Please let me know what you think. Thank you so much.
It has been in China since September of 2016. The last update shows it's in Zhengzhou Exchange Bureau. You'd better let the recipient contact China Post by calling their service number 11185 or 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask where it is now and let them deliver it to the recipient soon.
