Hi,

I have sent a parcel to China and it looks like it's stuck at the Guangzhou Shijing Post Office.

The tracking number is: RR697056236SE.

It's supposed to go to a Mr Wang Zhi Gang (tel: +86 18664602824).

He says he's been to the post office but they have no details of that parcel?

How do I proceed?

Hi....i have not received my parcel until now. My sister in Philippines dropped my parcel in her local post office (Tarlac, Philippines) on August 3 using EMS with tracking#EE190456068PH.
I had checked the tracking several times and still parcel had no movement. I had communications with the post office where my parcel dropped....but post office staff had just given us so much non sense explanation that inspite they even saw in their computer that there's not movement of the parcel. I even called and speak with them, still they don't accept responsibility of the lost parcel. They have been saying the same thing that they will contact Manila and ask what happen to my parcel. Obviously, this parcel is lost.....why can't they not just say an apology and refund me. Hope i can get more clearer answer to this message here. Thanks!
