In transit Package

Hey,
I had a package depart from China on the 14th of October to Canada, but it is still saying “in transit” I was wondering if it is stuck in customs or if it has arrived in Canada?

The package is in transit for 28 days. The last update on package location received on April 8.
What it is stuck for so long in transit?
Is there any other way to fasten it?

Hi, my package UU216523076CN has been "in transit in transit station" for 12 days now.
What does this status mean ? Can you give more informations about the location of my package ? Should I be worried about this ?
