My parcel has been in transit for so long last time I spoke to the customer service agent ,said the courier is on the way to OR Tambo Airport in Johannesburg on the 4th of May 2021. I don't know what to do now and I don't know where is it.

I WOULD LIKE TO FIND OUT IF ITS POSSIBLE THAT 2 PE0PLE SHARE THE SAME TRACKING NUMBER OR WE WERE BEING SCAMMED BECAUSE I SEE AM SHARRING A TRACKING NUMBER WITH SOMEONE IN THIS APP THE TRACKING NUMBER IS RV561711759CN SOME IS TRACKING IT AS WELL
