Import stopped by Customs (Inbound)

I returned a package of clothing to China (from Australia) tracking number LK113957464AU.
I sent it on the 2nd Feb 2021 from Melbourne Australia and I have just seen that is it saying 'Import stopped by Customs (Inbound)' What does this mean?? Can this parcel please be taken to the address on the item, It was clothing purchased from China online, that were completely not as pictured hence posting it back from a refund.
The company is aware of this and it has now been 2 months and it is still not at its destination.
Appreciate your quick response and resolving the issue.

According to the tracking information, it was stopped by China customs and it's on the way back to Austrlia now. You'd better let the seller call china EMS service number 11183 to further check it for you.
