Package went from arrived at customs on 9/30 to being kept for inspection on 10/4. Does this mean there is a problem? Will I have to pay any fees? If no problem, approximately how many more days to get my item?

Mine also says same import customs keep for inspection says it's in American airport wonder why not moving or was mine only traced in from china......
