i ordered a watch on wish and my order is not found on the track...... this is the tracking the tracking number there send me SY14036961382

It's sent by SUNYOU express. It arrived in South Africa on August 21 and takes more days to be delivered to you. You'd better wait for more days to see.

I sent a watch to be fixed under USPS Tracking -EH035043369US and it shows to be held in customs since October 21, 2023
I need to help in determining what can be done to release the package containing the watch, as the recipient has been aske that they need to provide an invoice to pay taxes. Is this something that you can help me with clearing customs, I dont mind paying the corresponding tax if required
