I've had a lengthy dialogue with the seller who helpfully sent me spareparts, that I'm now waiting for. He/she cannot get a clear answer from anyone, maybe you can check??

I can only see the package was picked up and went to a couple locations inside China as if preparing for shipping (air/ship/bicycle?) and then no events from apr 30 untill now. Seller can't get an answer from whoever you're supposed to contact in domestic China. So I don't know if they lost the package or it's *still* trying to get here.

It's stuck in China now. It's sent by YANWEN Express. You'd better ask the seller to contact YANWEN Express to check it for you.

My EMS package, Late first for weeks and then suddenly lost the day of delivery (2 replies)

Helllo,
I sent a package with the EMS service from Tasmania to Guangzhou a month ago. At first there was a problem with at the customs because the receiver had to pay a tax , once I paid the tax the update on the tracking website said it was ready for delivery and after 10 further days of wait and keep trying to get some real person support the chat support service says the system says it’s lost.
This is a very important parcel and it’s been very confusing and frustrating to deal with Chinapost

Please is there a way to better check if the package is really lost
