If a package is sent to another country and the package is on transit can the package be cancelled or the person who receives the package have to send it back to the owner

Hi Michael,

It couldn't be cancelled when it's in transit. If it's delivered to someone in another country, it depends on if the receiver will return it back.

I have a question about my parcel, last time I checked in USPS tracking it was in transit and that was on April 17. Now its May 4 and its still in transit. So I checked tracking on ChinaPost and it said that it was cancelled. Ive ordered from the same seller multiple times and never had a problem until now.
