Zip code: 310000
Can you please tell me if this is a genuine address as it appears to me to be incorrect.

What's 1098BV NL? It's not a postal code?
The address is not clear. No. 52, No. 22 Street has problem. You need to contact the receiver in China to confirm. Also, the receiver's phone number is a must.
