Hi Matheus,

It was delivered by New Zealand Post on July 13. If you don't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. If all are right, you need to contact New Zealand Post to reflect the problem and check it for you as soon as possible.

I ordered the item on 18th Nov 2023.As per tracking number its shows item delivered on 11-12-2023 but i never received it.I didn't know which local courier service has delivered it ? Who signed it ? Where it was delivered ?

I had checked my home camera footage as well but no one came to deliver it.If things won't be sorted out i will go to prosecution with proff as it wasn't delivered at my address and i still didn't receive it.

Per China Post tracking # MT500000340894EX arrived at my address on 2/12. This is not possible. We were home all day and have cameras on the outside that alert us when anyone gets near our driveway or home. Our neighbors also checked their cameras and nothing. I do not know where they left my item but it was not here.
Please help! Many thanks in advance
