I was wondering where was my package

I was wondering where was my package ? My package was sent since December 28th and I was supposed to received it on January 19th but still don't have any thing. And since January 9th its stock on the same place.Is it possible to get the status of my order?

Hi Widney,

It's sent by a cheap way of China Post. It couldn't be tracked after it arrives in Canada. If you couldn't receive it in another 20 days, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
