I received an email that my package shipped with a tracking number. A few days later I tried tracking my package and the response was package can not be found. I emailed the sender of the tracking email and no one responded. This went on for a week and a half, then all of a sudden it was trackable saying "cleared customs, leaving for origin country". Five days later it said "arrived in city where I live", following day "out for delivery" and now it states delivered on the 17th of December. It is the 20th of December and I've not received this package and it wasn't left on any of my neighbors doorsteps either. Many of us in the neighborhood have gotten all the other packages we were expecting with no problems. So exactly where is my package?

So I sent an inquiry some time ago about my package ly527667613cn, and was told then that my package was sent by airline on November 19th, and then received an update that it hadn’t departed China until December 12th. So kind of confused as to where my package is and when it will be delivered as it has been 45 days since shipped and in transit. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
