I was not able to receive my package "CP438526622CN"

Hi,
I had a package with tracking ID "CP438526622CN". I was not able to pick up when it arrived Norway. Now as I can track the same shipment is at Neatherland. Can you please resend it to Norway.

No, we couldn't resend it to Norway. You can only wait for it return back to China and let the seller send it again to you.
