I was told that I can't send my luggage because it is to big. Is that true? My luggage is 70cmx50cmx35cm. If you could answer me as soon as possible that would be very nice.

Hi blingelingeling,

Greatest dimension should be less than 1.05 meters and and length + maximum package circumference should be less than 2 meters.

You'd better use other express service to send it for you.

To whom it may concern,
I have to send a luggage from China to Italy cause I am a student of Zhengzhou university and I cannot go back to China.
The luggage contains only clothes, mine, obviously used and not new. Is it possible to do this shipment? How much can it cost up for down? The suitcase weights about 20 kg.
In addition, which post office is closest to zhengzhou university? I have to ask a friend of mine to ship it and he lives near zhengzhou university.
