Hi nrshhnim,

According to the latest tracking information, it couldn't pass the customs check and will be back to the seller. You couldn't receive it. What you need to do now is to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

The parcel was sent from Malaysia to China, but for certain reason, the parcel was rejected / refused by the recipient and the recipient requested to return the parcel to Malaysia.
Last update 9 July, wondering where the parcel right now ? and will take how long to send back to Malaysia ?
