I am showing that this order was delivered. I have not received it. order # is : HKAET111870870. The order was shipped out on Aug. 4th. It is now Aug.25th. Your tracking system shows it was delivered. I have not got it yet. I have sent messages to your company, the company I purchased this from, and also the paypal company I used to pay for this order. No one has replied to my inquires. Please check your tracking system to see if this delivery was sent to the correct address. Here is the correct address: William Ellis, 63 Romantic Ibayo, Santa Ana, Taguig, Philippines 1637. Please reply to this message with answer to my question as to where is my order.

It hasn't been delivered. It's sent by YanWen Express. It's out for delivery on August 16. You need to contact the seller to ask if there is another tracking number to track it when it's in Philippines. If it couldn't be delivered in time, you need to let the seller give you a solution as soon as possible.
