Hello, my package has been in your postoffice for about 25 days now. I want my package.
Is there someone i can call to?

Hi Bryan,

You can call 11185 (China Post) or 11183 (China EMS) to ask where to pick up your package or require them to deliver it you soon.

For English service, press 8. Enlish is hard to get as it's Chinese Spring Festival holiday now. You'd better let one of your Chinese friends help you to call.
