I purchased an item on AliExpress, but the seller did not ship the item on time, and the purpose for which I have purchased the item has been defeated. I filed a dispute against the store, but the seller did not accept it, saying that he had already shipped the ite. The item has not left China, so I want to know if you can return the item to the address of the seller so that I can receive my money back.

I ordered a newborn lifelike baby and received it today. It had so many flaws, it even looked miserable!!!
China Post has no right to return the item back to the seller if the seller doesn't require to return it back.
Sellers usually delayed to ship the tiems because they want to wait for some days to wait more orders and then ship it by using a much cheaper shipping fee I think. If you open a dispute against the store to AliExpress, you need to show enough evidence. Such as how long did the seller promise you to ship it and the actural time she shipped it out. If the evidence is not enough, AliExpress will not accept your requirement. If you are reasonable in AliExpress's eyes, there is no use for the seller to refuse your dispute.
