I think the seller and the courier both are fake

Hi,placed an order worth 1200 RMB from Belgium on 14th March 2025,contacted the seller by email in advance but it hadnt replied yet..It shipped the order by WUYOUEXP Courier with Tracking number WUYOU0322300118 which seems to be registered under Qianyu group.No official websites available online for wuyouexp courier to track down the order. Need help

seller says this is china post ordinary small packet plus and can not be registered, i have 3 fake trackings allready really cannot have 1 more
