I Think my Package is Lost

|

My package has had no movement whatsoever for over a month. Is it lost? It was a very expensive item, so I am going to open a Paypal dispute if it is lost. Tracking is LY697095844CN. Thank you.

Hi RobynE,

It's not lost. Airline departs on April 1. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the US after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I think I lost a package too. LH136137723US
I sent it in 03/29/2021, and it arrived in China at the end of April . It couldn’t pass customs, so it was supposed to come back to me. It came back to the US in August, but US customs sent it back 08/10/2021. Item was presented to customs in Shanghai 09/02/2021. The last thing I saw was sent to carrier 11/08/2021. Do you know where it is? Thank you
