I think my package with the tracking number RO236495900CN has been lost. This package has been in the same status since 09/29/16 which is 18 days ago. Please let me know what is the status immediately.

Your package is not lost. It's still in transit to US now. For international package, you couldn't expect it arrive quickly. Wait for a month to reach is a common situation. I'll let you know once it's in your country.
