I think it's lost

Hello

How can I be sure that EA479198816CN is not lost.

I have received other packets from China not sent with ems but ordinary Chinese post.

I cannot believe there are no planes to France and that ordinary packets arrive caster than ems.

Hi Oli,

Packages sent by EMS are mostly delayed because of COVID. You still need to wait for it. If it couldn't be delivered within two months, it has the possibility of lost.
