I still do not have a Swimming Pool

The tracking indicates that the pool was delivered on the 19 of July in Metarie Louisiana. Where is my pool. How do I contact them?

Hi Michael Sinclair,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I've been tracking package LS348940782CN with confusing information. It was sent china post EMS and it says airline departure on 5-28-20, however on the USPS side it says that it says that origin is preparing to send shipment. Also it was supposed to be sent EMS and it is a large package because it is a swimming pool, yet on USPS it says it is internation mail and that it is a small package. I am thoroughly confused.
