I sent out the letter on Sept.16, 2021, as of today, still in transit to China

Hello,
My parcel (tracking no. RN395771305CA, contact person: 王春芳 tel:13652081191) was sent out on Sept.16 at Quebec city Canada. Post Canada tracking records shows it left Canada for China on Sept.29, 2021. I have checked on China Post website using the same tracking number, the system alwyas shows "in transit". I wonder if why it has taken so long (Post Canada says usually it takes 12-14 business days maximum). Could you please kindly verify, it is very extremely important for us to have the documents safely delivered to the destination. Many thanks! Andrew Wang
