I sent item to UK, they missing Door No, so UK Parcel force return back to China, can i add door No to get re sent? I had tracking Number.

I had a parcel sent from the uk to china with parcel force. The last update I have is that it had been released from customs on 28/03/23 and was with GUANGZHOU - PTT after being released from customs. My parcel force tracking number is EK907417379GBPart. Do you have any updates about this please?
