I sent a parcel from the UK to Dongguan but its been returned to depot

I sent an a parcel via Royal Mail (Tracking Number: RN470096695GB), however it seems there is an error with the address and my colleagues have not received it.

The delivery was failed on Dec.9 and it will be returned back to UK. You need to let the receiver contact China Post as soon as possible if he wants to get it.
