i sended one parcel but hold by custom

DEAR ,
PLEASE HELP ME ,AS I SENDED FUALTY GRAPHIC CARD 5PCS BACK TO THE SUPPLIER BUT CUSTOM HOLD THAT PARCEL , I HAVE NO IDEA WHY REQUESTING YOU FOR HELP AS I LOST MY MONEY INPURCHASING THAT 5PCS AND ALSO MONEY FOR SENDING THEM BACK AS WAS ALL FUALTY,THE SUPPLIER TOLD ME TO SENT BACK AND HE WILL REPLACED AND NOW SUPPLIER SAYING I CAN NOT DO ANY THING AS THE PARCEL HOLD BY THE CUSTOM.
PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS ISSUE.
